How It Works - Explained SimplyFollow these six easy steps to buy your currency from 4X.
1. Register With UsClick on Register Now and fill in our short online form. NB: Registration is completely free and there is no obligation to use us for your currency.
2. ID Check4X will carry out an online ID check. This should take just a few minutes. NB: We use an electronic system to check your name, address and date of birth to comply with anti-money laundering rules. This is not a credit check. 3. Username & Password4X will email you your user name and password and a link to the software. We aim to do this within half an hour of registering. NB: Once you have your user name and password you can log on and buy your currency straight away. However, we will also post you a copy of our Terms and Conditions which you will need to sign and return to us before we release your money.
4. Buy Your CurrencyLog on to the software, input the details of where you want us to send your currency and then buy your currency. When you want to deal at the rate on the screen just click on the SUBMIT button. NB: You will be able to see exactly what currency rate you are getting before you agree to the deal. 4X rates are live and are the best available because they are electronic. No dealers' salaries to pay so all the savings go to you.
5. Check Your DetailsA contract note will appear on your screen. Check the details and save it or print it. NB: The contract note will contain all the details of your trade, including the rate, the amount, and payment instructions. You do not pay us until after you have completed your trade. The contract note will contain a unique number which is your trade reference number.
6. PaymentYou ask your bank to send us a CHAPS (same day) payment. We make the payment to your beneficiary within two working days. For payments under £10,000 you can make a BACS payment - this method will delay your payment to your beneficiary by approximately 2 working days. NB: Simply hand over the details of the contract note to your bank and ask them to make the payment. Ask them to include your trade reference in the payment details. CHAPS Payment Example: If you trade on Monday, you pay us on Tuesday, and we pay your money out on Wednesday. |
